Furniture, mattresses and qualifying resident-generated remodeling material can use the bulk route. White goods require a separate appointment at 757-933-2311 and are typically collected on Wednesdays, limited to the first 28 callers.

The City schedules household hazardous waste events separately during the year. Chemicals, paint and other hazardous materials should be kept out of the regular bulk set-out.
