Colorado trash & bulky-item guides

Browse 6 reviewed city guides, then use the local page for the actual collection schedule, limits and service eligibility.

What changes across Colorado

Colorado has no single municipal bulky-waste system. Some cities use private haulers, some provide local services, and household-hazardous-waste programs are often county or regional. CDPHE maintains a list of household-hazardous-waste collection programs, while each city guide explains the local bulky-item route.

Important: A state resource does not create one statewide couch, mattress or appliance pickup rule. The city, county, HOA or contracted hauler serving the address usually controls curbside bulky collection.
